How we built the Wahaca Southbank Experiment
The Wahaca Southbank Experiement is a restaurant built from 8 recycled shipping containers on London's Southbank. We wanted it to push the limits of our creativity and sustainability, both in its build and in it's kitchen. This film shows how we made it.
