- Other information: Fisher's Family The Fisher family purchased their first Fish and Chip Shop back in 1982 in Coulsdon naming it 'Kingfisher'. Roy and Margaret, along with their daughter Alison and twin sons Alan and Gary, went on to open a further three shops, naming them Fishers in Burgess Hill, Oxted and Uckfield. With Margaret and Roy retiring and Alison leaving to have a family, the twins opened two more 'Fishers' in Caterham and Fulham. Alan subsequently opened a fish restaurant in Chiswick called 'Reef'. Their latest venture 'Baileys' named after their Grandmother was opened in the Summer of 2011. The twins have since been joined by Nick and their sisters Alison and Beverley to maintain the sucess of the business.
