If you are a seafood fan and you haven't tried anything from Nathan Outlaw, then you don't know what you're missing. I ate at the Capital as well as his restaurant in Rock, Cornwall. The bass with asparagus and saffron is exquisite and you can literally lose yourself in the generous wine list. The best part is that the food is not as expensive as you might think. In any case, an experience that is worth the costs.... read review...
