Despite not having an overly impressive decor or facade, Sartori does have the great advantage of possessing a custom-built Strazzula Michele wood-fired furnace. This equipment allows the chefs to cook authentic Napolitan pizzas using the best ingredients. The prices are quite accessible and the pizzas are delicious... what's not to like?... read review...
