As well as our all day menu served throughout the ship we offer an a la carte menu in the Restaurant and a comprehensive wine list. Our Chef Paulo Sousa has created menus that are proving to be very popular indeed. The food has a wide range of influences and he gives them his own unique twist to surprise and delight even the most discerning palate. He believes in using only the freshest ingredients, carefully prepared and then presented to the highest standards to create dishes that look every bit as good as they taste.
