Lima is impressive through the attention the chefs invest in the food they cook. Each dish is so carefully prepared and arranged that it often reminds me of some delicious post-modernist painting. I tried the beef pachamanca, the salmon causas and the dulce de leche ice cream and they were all unbelievable (I was famished, so that might have contributed to the experience). Brilliant Peruvian Restaurant

Lima is exactly the kind of restaurant I enjoy. The ambiance is great, the design and decor are incredible and the food is genius! You can feel the quality of the ingredients when you taste the food, and the chefs are careful to always cook it in such a way as to maximize the impact. I tried the lamb, some ceviche (with salmon and aji limo pepper) and some dulce de leche (first time I've tried it, but not the last!).
