The Boulud will definitely not be to the liking of French cuisine dogmatics, since it combines the classic French cuisine with some well-known American dishes (ohh, mon Dieu! La vache! Sacre bleu! Apipi di piu!). In any case, the food is quite good, despite it being a bit of "fusion confusion" and the wine bar is really generous. I definitely recommend Boulud if you are not particularly attached to the classical form of haute cuisine.... read review...
